Cost Reflective Tarif (CRT) Impact Seminar and Energy Efficiency Solutions, April 30, 2019
On April 30, 2019, NEEDS had the honor to be invited by Muscat Electricity Distribution Company, MEDC, to the “Cost Reflective Tariff Seminar” held in the Fraser Suites in Muscat, Oman. The main goal of the seminar was sharing knowledge with their high value customers about the cost reflective tariff and the measures that can be taken for saving energy like energy efficiency implementation and renewable energy installation.
NEEDS presented the “Energy Efficiency Services – SMARTi Solution” which is a complete solution for the buildings to reduce consumption and install renewable energy. NEEDS stressed the importance of implementing energy efficiency measures at the premises prior to installation of renewables. This process will optimize the investment on the renewables, reduce the utility bill, and optimize the customer benefit from the legislated net metering.
